Dear participants of ECER2012, The members of the Scientific Committee evaluated your abstracts. All abstracts were accepted, some of them after some revision. Some oral presentations were recommended as posters. We mostly respected your selection of Topics or Special Sessions, but there are some changes suggested.
In the case that these concern you, we will contact you soon individually. We will make small editorial changes in some of the abstracts ourselves.
Please, go ahead with the registration. The early registration is open until till May 30th.

The Conference
The 8th Conference of the Society for Ecological Restoration - Europe (SER) will be held at the Faculty of Science, University of South Bohemia, České Budějovice, Czech Republic from 9th - 14th September, 2012. This offers an outstanding opportunity to exchange knowledge, create contacts and build new potential cooperation.
The aim is to present and discuss the state-of-the-art in restoration ecology as a scientific discipline and in practical ecological restoration. The conference brings together scientists, practitioners, stakeholders and policy makers. It is a great opportunity to meet colleagues from different parts of the world during all the formal and informal meetings such as lectures, workshops, poster sessions, excursions etc. The local pubs are very suitable for casual get-togethers, fulfilled with an unforgettable atmosphere and one of the best beers in the world.
