Registration cancellation / Refund policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to the Congress Department according to the following conditions. Please note cancellations received:
•    From May 15, 2012 - € 40 will be withheld for administrative fees
•    From July 1, 2012 till August 15, 2012 - reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid
•    As of  August 15, 2012 - no refund can be processed
Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. For any change of name a fee of € 30 will be charged. All registrations received at the Congress Department - CZECH-IN, by  July 31, 2012 will be included in the list of participants.
Responsibility
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the Congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

Consent to the processing of personal data

I agree to the collection, preservation and processing of personal data contained in this form, by the administrator CZECH-IN s.r.o., Prague Congress Centre, 5. kvetna 65, Prague 4, 140 21 (or its employees) for the purpose stated below. 

This consent is granted for all of the information contained in this form, and throughout the 5 (five) years from the date of consent. At the same time I am aware of / and of their rights under § 12 and 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data. 

I am familiar with all completed parts of this form, and I declare that all information is accurate and truthful and is provided voluntarily.

Purpose of processing personal data

In accordance with § 5 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, all information given on this form is collected and processed solely for purposes of processing registration and accommodation requirements for the 8th European Conference on Ecological Restoration and for sending commercial messages to the data subject via electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll. This agreement should not exceed 5 years and cancelled at any time upon request.

Summarized data from this form may be used by the administrator for statistical purposes and for internal use by the administrator.

Statement by Administrator

The data administrator declares that they will collect personal data to the extent necessary to accomplish the intended purpose and may be processed only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. Employees of the administrator or other individuals who process personal data under contract with the administrator and other persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, even after termination of employment or work.
